- JKJayana KandiAug 18, 20261.0Zero customer service at the cashier. The lady helping me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question about a deal on the jeans, and the way she responded honestly made me feel stupid for even asking. I almost left everything there and walked out, and I probably should have. Then, when I was paying with Apple Pay and it didn’t work the first time, she made another comment saying, “I just had someone pay with Apple Pay and they had no issues.” I simply stepped back, tried again, and it worked. There was really no need for the attitude. I understand we all have good and bad days, but that doesn’t mean we have to be unkind to other people. I had just gotten off a stressful day at work and stopped by to shop and relax a little, but I left feeling more drained than when I walked in. I really hope management considers some additional customer service training. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in retail.

Express lost my business

The sales rep was extremely insistent I wouldn’t receive any and the email was simply to keep track of purchases… Not even one day later and I’m getting marketing emails. I think it’s pretty scummy to lie to customers.

The worker there really made me feel like i was causing him a hassle because i wanted to shop in the section he was currently organizing. He went as far as physically preventing me from grabbing something I wanted and insisted he grab it himself
