The owner, Nasser, is so nice and pleasant, clean store and has always been open during business hours; even stayed a few minutes after close for me! Thank you friend for being such a great business owner!

If your running a business 2 ppl should take turns on lunch and if you put a be back in 5 minutes be back in 5 and if a costumer calls don't say be respectful...have some costumer service.

I drive to this store for my purchases from Savage MN. I don't go to any other store for my tabacco needs. I feel like family everytime i go in. They are wonderful.

The owner when my boyfriend had a problem with his vape & the owner only works mornings, so I brought everything in and told him what it was doing, leaking all over & the owner flew off the handle saying he didn't know what he was doing. ( Yes he did it exactly right, he's been vaping for years) started yelling at me & throwing things on the counter towards me saying what do you want me to do about it. Very rude & angry & to a regular customer I was very upset. Can't believe an owner would act this way especially to customers let alone someone the 2 of us who have been going there for years. He lost us. Never a reason to act so unproffessional and throw a temper tantrum like a 5 yr old.
