  Don’t allow exchanges for a shoe that was worn for less than an hour, I needed a half size bigger and they refused to exchange for the right size. They never mentioned that was their policy when I checked out.

  Not enough floor help, and what there is, isn't good. There are no narrow shoes -- only medium and wide sizes.

  Sold me a shoe with a hole in the sole and refused to work with me for a replacement beyond a 10% discount on another pair because I had worn the shoes outside. I understand I should inspect the shoes for damage myself in the future but thought it would be safe to assume the store would also do their due diligence in checking for such major damage. Bummer to find out on the first rainy day of the season that I am out and about. I will pay a bit extra and shop elsewhere now.
