  Extremely disheartening to hear employees in the Aerie fitting room make comments about a young mother on mothers day. While this comment was not directed towards me, I would hope that the employees understand other customers can hear what they talk about. As a once young mom, I felt terrible for the young lady, and I will not be returning.

  2 days in a row showing up and the card reader is down. I’ll never go to this location again. We wonder why retail is failing. If your POS has you not functioning for over 48 hours - DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

  Very helpful staff with sizing, fitting rooms, and finding items even when it was very busy. Patient and calm, and always rearranging merchandise even though there were many people in the store

  Manager is one horrible human being. Would give negative stats if possible. Nice young lady working there spoke in Spanish and she got yelled at. My Spanish speakers avoid this store.and any decent human being avoid it.

Not every rack holds legendary savings, but with a little patience, solid deals can be found. Staff struck the right balance—available and helpful when needed, yet never hovering. Calm browsing, the Force allows. If you’re looking for denim staples, casual fits, and comfort-first pieces all in one stop, this combined American Eagle and Aerie location is well worth the visit.
