  My son and I stopped in today and went to the salon on the second floor. THEY WERE AMAZING. Sahar was our stylist and did an amazing job with my son. She was friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a great men’s hair cut I definitely recommend seeing her. We will be back just for her! Thank you sahar for the great experience. You are beautiful inside and out!

  I am a newbie to shopping jc penny but I had stopped in one day to check it out well here I am..I had a pair of jeans I needed to return as I had purchased numerous clothing items that day so I was unfortunately a few days late on my return the jeans are in excellent condition tags were never removed so the unfriendly teller tells me that I cannot get no store credit but only $11.99 on a $64 item..I was very disappointed as I had done everything according to store policy except due to my distance over 2 hour's away and being a elderly I don't travel to much anymore so I understand the 60 days but to not at least give me store credit was not understandable..it's at the discretion of the store clerk but I wasn't given a choice..very very disappointed and I will not be back!! I actually felt insulted at this point!! Update: why your store even replies to my review is just worthless because jc penny is not going to do anything about it and let's get real your not and by replying just making excuses to make it seem like jc penny is all about customer service but I found out the hard way your not!! Jc penny is all about the customer money not customer service then I am given a jc penny mastercard for $3,000 so now at this point I will never use it for jc penny and glad that I can use for cash and anywhere else because I will never be back to jc penny again then for your clerk to tell me I can take it to a consignment shop unreal..I am definitely not convinced that Jc penny means they are for the customer there's nothing about customer service @ jcpenny and that's the facts..it's insulting to the customer and then the clerk can make a discretion to give you store credit or not just is not customer appreciation nor service!! I will never shop again @ jcpenny I get treated fairly shopping @ kohls and have never been treated unfairly @ kohls..Kohls definitely appreciates there customer and I will use my jc penny Mastercard there..every customer should be treated fairly and not at the discretion of the clerk.

  The staff at this location are wonderful. I went in needing a whole starter wardrobe for a new job position, and they 100% made sure I was taken care of. They were knowledgeable about their product and were able to give great recommendations based on what I needed. They also ensured I was getting the best deal I could for what I got.
