  My daughter purchased shoes for her new job and she wore them one shift. They gave her multiple blisters. She went to exchange them the following week before her next shift and the store manager denied her because they said that they had been worn. Well… yeah they were worn. How else are you going to know if they work and fit properly. $55 shoes that are worthless. I will be calling the corporate office and filing a complaint against that Manager. Whatever happened to customer service???

  I ordered my shoes online for pickup in store May 30th. They had the 2 shoes I ordered on the floor when I went in and I ended up bringing them up to the counter for my online order/pickup. I even had the barcode on my phone to scan for the pickup order. The two younger clerks (one female and one male) said that I have to wait to pickup for about 3 days. The manager has to sign off on orders even though I had the barcode in hand for pickup. There was no manger in store to help I guess to get this picked up right then and there. Mind you, I have a 40min drive to this store from my house. 😡 They younger female clerk said it could be 3 more days until I'm notified it's ready for pickup. Well, I have still not received an email or call letting me know they are available for pickup. I am not going to buy shoes from DSW again. It would be better to have ordered them off Amazon and waited for shipping as that would have been probably faster than online pickup! Also, your staff lacks effort. They should of at least tried to scan the barcode and see if they could check out the shoes or at least made an effort to find a manager to help with picking up the order at that time. I've never wrote a bad review for staff being unprofessional but the lack of effort that was shown to at least try to let me pickup my online order as I was there in person was ridiculous. I drove 40 min to be there.
