  i’ve been to this store many times since moving to the area 5 years ago, that being said i’ve never had a bad experience until now. i went to make a return today on an online purchase and the manager stated she couldn’t give me cash for my return (i initially paid with paypal), even though i have gotten cash many times in the past when i’ve done returns at this store after paying with paypal. they stated the money had to go back on a card and i explained that i didn’t have a physical card with me at this moment. this wasn’t that big of a deal to me, and i ended up just getting store credit, whatever. the issue starts when i was perusing the store afterwards. the manager and the cashier started talking about me like i wasn’t even there, making comments about how “they’ve never done cash returns in all the years they’ve worked there” and how i “initially refused store credit and demanded cash” and then, “like, why doesn’t she have a card? what kind of person doesn’t have a card?”. i ended up leaving without buying anything, and felt really embarrassed afterwards. i ido not think i will return to this store anymore.

  Would not take my item back without gift receipt even though price tag still on the item and they did not have any sizes to offer me. The item was still the same price and I was not allowed to choose anything else in the store for the same value. Horrible policy!
