- MRMarcus Rhode1 day ago1.0Lady at service counter very rude and snide, think she knows what she's talking about. But does not. Try to explain to her about the bow , hunting and deer hunting licenses that you can use a paper tag to get it home to register it online, and argued , nonstop , about it , even called my buddy at the d n r to ask so they could tell associate the law , and I was right. When I went back to show her what it even says on the license about paper tags , she was so rude and when she saw she was wrong , she called for managers hostile customer. There was associate to the left that seen the whole thing and said that was crazy. When the manager came up and that employee I asked him, was I acting hostile or crazy? And he said , no , not at all! This is the third time i've had problems with this employee at the service center. Another time she had an attitude because I came in at seven forty and her computers wasn't up to get a hunting license. If you don't wanna service , people stock shelves! Taking my business elsewhere!
