- PMpaul molacekJun 15, 20261.0Absolute horrible service and rude lying manager(I'm assuming she was the manager). On vacation from out of state but grew up in DL, went into what used to be my favorite store to shop Gliks, worked for them a long time ago and it's a great company. I have met the Glik brothers personally and great guys. Today we went in and I had of course products in my hand to buy when I over heard the tattoo red haired lady (manager?) talking to my niece at the counter. My niece is 11 and a really great respectful kid mind you and her and the lady were talking about how popular hacky sacks are and the lady told my niece to put down the hacky sack after my niece already put it down. She did tell my niece that she finds the hacky sacks throughout the store and that people take them (totally understand that) and that when my niece said they are popular. I asked what was said and my niece said the lady said "Put it down, thank you". I was upset that she would talk to someone like that and when I confronted her she said she didn't say that as she couldn't even look me in the eye as she said it. I told her I was ready to buy and put my things away because of her rude behavior and bad bad customer service. I walked out of the store very upset. My family stayed and still shopped and the lady who I confronted told her coworker that I was crazy. Are you serious? I work in customer service to and I have some awful people sometimes but I don't talk about them on the sales floor to anyone. That's not professional. It would be great for the Gliks to get a regional manager like Christy to talk to that store and especially the middle aged red haired lady with tattoos. I've read the reviews and something should be done about that women and store atmosphere. When other managers ran that store it was a great place to shop. Not now unfortunately. Do better
