I spend thousands with DXL each year it's my favorite place ever mind you. Absolutely no one else in the store. I usually go to Roseville and get the best treatment in the world. No warm greeting . No offer of refreshments. Not even a friendly pitch on the new arrivals. First impressions are so important and you guys really failed. Its a great company with great people but this store is a one off. I would suggest to drive the extra miles and visit Roseville where you are valued.
