- TTTwinCitiesGuy3 days ago1.0This was my first time coming here to check out their cigar selection. As soon as I entered the humidor, a woman came over, opened the door, and then stood there before eventually coming inside and hovering around me. I understand keeping an eye on things, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being watched rather than welcomed. What also bothered me was that she never once asked if I was looking for anything or offered any assistance. On top of that, the prices were noticeably higher than other cigar shops in the area. Overall, it just wasn’t a very respectful or welcoming experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
- SWStephanie WalkerMay 6, 20265.0I’ve been coming to this tobacco shop for over 6 years all to meet a new guy that works there now very rude very belittling does not know how to ring the register making me miss out on my reward points his name is Ahmed very disrespectful I had told him I am a highly valued customer and he turned and told me oh that’s nothing we value all of our customer sounds great .. omg I wanted to curse him out but I did not I took the high road .. I ended up talking my fav guy which is the manager and he fixed everything for me I couldn’t be more happier for that lol
