- TTTwinCitiesGuyAug 18, 20261.0This was my first time coming here to check out their cigar selection. As soon as I entered the humidor, a woman came over, opened the door, and then stood there before eventually coming inside and hovering around me. I understand keeping an eye on things, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being watched rather than welcomed. What also bothered me was that she never once asked if I was looking for anything or offered any assistance. On top of that, the prices were noticeably higher than other cigar shops in the area. Overall, it just wasn’t a very respectful or welcoming experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I ended up talking my fav guy which is the manager and he fixed everything for me I couldn’t be more happier for that lol
