  I’ve had nothing but great experiences dealing with Trey in the sporting goods department at L&M in Cloquet. The guy is extremely knowledgeable and actually takes the time to help you figure out what you need instead of just pointing you toward an aisle. He’s helped me with hunting gear, camping supplies, and even talked me through some grill options. Somehow Trey knows a ridiculous amount about all of it. If you’re looking for sporting goods, ask for Trey. Great service, great advice, and he hasn’t steered me wrong yet — which is saying something because I ask a LOT of questions. 😂 Definitely one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back to L&M!

  When i had a concern over a repair on my generator, I talked to the manager, Shawn and he went the extra mile to take care of the issue. He did a fantastic job handling it! Thank you to Shawn and L&M!

  I’ve never been to an L&M before my first purchase of a deer feeder in Cloquet, MN. Now, they will be my first stop when I’m in the area all because of the store manager, Sean. When I purchased my deer feeder, I tried to put it together and realized there were some items missing from the package. I live far from the store location and would not be able to go back for several weeks. I reached out to the store. Sean, the manager who was very friendly, professional, and willing to assist in whatever way possible. He even called back to check the status of my delivery. When I received one package without all the parts, I thought oh great. So, I called Sean back. He didn’t get irritated but rather was trying to resolve the issue and said he’d check on it and get back to me. He informed me that the other parts were likely in a separate package delivery but would confirm. He was right, and he followed up and I now have the parts I need and a desire to help this store grow in the community as they went over and beyond to make a customer satisfied. Thank you Sean and L&M fleet supply!
