- BWBrian WinterAug 4, 20231.0I wish I could rate Smart Start separately...I am happy with the service, however, this location is terrible. I had mine installed here and have had nothing but electrical issues since. Every time I go in for a calibration, the man is extremely rude. Twice he's sent me away and told me he couldn't do it then. I've tried to schedule an appointment so I could manage my day while not having to leave work multiple times and am told to just show up between 9:30 and 4:30. I show up and he sends me away. His shop is extremely messy as well. It speaks to the level of service you get from him... I decided to wait until Monday to bring my car to another smart start location to have them look at the work that was done. I stopped by the next day to get the lockout service done since I've been having these electrical problems and he asked me why I didn't drop my car off this morning like he told me to. I said I couldn't line up a ride to and from and decided that I would take it to the Hastings location Monday to have it looked at. He said not to bring it back to him if I go there and he has the right to refuse service... I was polite and was treated with complete hostility. I suggest that anyone save yourself the headache and go anywhere else
