- CLCatrina LeaApr 30, 20261.0honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. the experience was beyond frustrating. the manager seemed completely untrained and had no understanding of basic customer service. shame on the CEO. I went in to return a pair of shoes I had only worn once, just a couple days after purchasing them. I explained that I had left the box at the store, but she kept repeating the same thing over and over about needing it, without actually listening or trying to help. there was zero common sense or effort to resolve the situation. I walked out more frustrated than anything. I won’t be spending another dollar here ever again.

She was able to help myself and my sister find my back up wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses. I would go back any day if she was working. They should give her a raise with how good her costumer service was!!!

Workers stood guard and my daughter and her friend could not exit the dressing rooms to show their mothers. They were spoken rudely to and scowled at. If we hadn't liked the dress so much, we would have definitely left.

We had the most helpful young lady assist in finding the right size, checking back with us multiple times and hunting a size that was being tried on by another guest. We felt as though we were treated like VIP’s. I’d give this experience 100 out of 5 stars. Couldn’t have been better! Thank you!
