  Mall of America Wilson location wouldn’t let me use my $25 gift card because the link expired. I showed them the original email, that included the person’s email that gifted me the card back in December 2025. Spent 30 min waiting while they spoke to customer service. Never order Wilson gift cards!!! Second time I’ve had an issue (last time was a $300 gift card I gave to someone, they couldn’t easily find it). Worst customer service on all levels. You’ve lost a life long customer today who has spent thousands on rackets and tennis clothing. Good luck and do better!!

  Necesaria la visita si eres un amante del deporte. Te dejan botar el balón de baloncesto y todo en la tienda. Y así experimentar el tacto de las distintas pelotas de baloncesto que hay.

  I’ve been looking for some new athleisure wear and decided to stop by Wilson and I think it might be my new favorite! The clothes are so cute and comfortable and very high quality. The store itself was well organized and easy to navigate and the staff was super friendly. Bradi in particular went out of her way to double check if they had a pair of pants in the size and color I wanted and was very helpful in finding what I needed. I will for sure be stopping by here again the next time I visit MOA!

  Fantastic shopping experience! The staff and particularly staff member named Bradi I believe were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my visit enjoyable and stress-free. The store had a wide selection of high-quality products that impressed me, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Will definitely be returning!
