This location is the bottom of the barrel, you would think being in Mall of America they would hold themselves to at least some type of standard but they don’t. They do not know how to handle issues and give up and sound defeated at the first sign of adversity, instead of making it right for the customer and doing their job. Would be glad to explain further.
