  Absolute joy! I have been in many AD’s and boutiques over the years of collecting Swiss timepieces. This location at the Mall of America was an absolute joy. Had my 15 year old son with me and we both tried on so many brands. Staff is super patient and very knowledgeable. Ended up buying another for my collection just to remember the experience. Highly recommended!

  I have always been interested in watches and always felt (self) intimidated to walk into a store like WOS. I recently had my first experience purchasing a watch that I've had my eyes on for quite some time and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is very friendly. Viktoria was integral to this experience as she is very knowledgeable, patient and easy to converse with. I'm very much looking forward to my next purchasing experience.

  Nice purchase, a bit disappointing experience. Had a nice time visiting the store while in town for a few days. Ended up purchasing my first luxury watch and am pleased with the purchase. The customer service was nice, however the employees engaged significantly more with my husband (who, admittedly is a big watch guy), rather than with me, the actual customer in this interaction. They shook his hand and congratulated HIM after the purchase of my watch, of which I paid for and was very clearly a watch for myself. Definitely wasn’t a great feeling after spending thousands of dollars on the piece.

  Stopped by Watches of Switzerland around closing time while visiting from out of state, and Cayden made the whole experience effortless. Even with the store about to close, he never rushed me. He took the time to walk me through options and help me land on my first real timepiece. His watch knowledge was superb, and he was friendly and genuinely patient throughout. Couldn't have asked for a better first watch-buying experience.
