  🚨 BUYER BEWARE — DO NOT BUY META GLASSES OR THE “PROTECTION PLAN” FROM THIS STORE! 🚨 I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here, especially with the sales representative, Antonio. When I purchased my Meta glasses, Antonio sold me a protection plan for an additional $70. About two months later, the glasses completely stopped working and would no longer pair with my phone, so I brought them back to the store. When I arrived, Antonio was there but helping another customer. I understand having to wait, but I stood there for approximately 40 minutes without even being acknowledged. After about 45 minutes, he finally helped me. Here’s where things get extremely frustrating. I was told that using the protection plan I had already paid $70 for would require an additional $125 COPAY. That $125 copay was NEVER explained to me when I purchased the protection plan. If I had been told upfront, “Pay $70 for this protection plan, and if you actually need to use it, you’ll have to pay another $125,” I would have never purchased it. The way this protection plan was presented to me was, in my opinion, extremely misleading, and the customer service I received only made the situation worse. What really concerns me is that I have now heard from another customer who experienced what sounds like the exact same situation. That makes this feel like more than just a one-time misunderstanding. I work in customer service myself, and this is NOT how you treat customers or explain an additional protection plan. If there are significant costs associated with using the plan, customers should be told clearly BEFORE they pay for it. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this store and will be warning others to carefully read the fine print before purchasing anything here. Ask questions. Get everything in writing. And don’t assume the “protection plan” covers what you think it does.

  Antonio helped me find some great sunglasses! I have been looking for a few months and walked in to the store on a whim. He was very laid back and had a no-pressure sales vibe which I really appreciated. Now I have glasses that I love!

  Shout-out to Omar! Wonderful service and amazing help to my mom, especially with listening and understanding our concerns. We were in a different Sunglass Hut in Woodbury and that experience was a disaster (canceled order without notice, and not good service over there). Huge difference of quality and care in this location. Sunglasses order was carefully taken into consideration and we were given options on what can be embellished to enhance the eyewear. The sunglasses just came in and are amazing! Thank you again, Omar!
