- JBJacob BDec 17, 20171.0Terrible service. Terrible inferior low quality shoes. Purchased a pair of shoes after wearing the shoes 10-15 times both shoes had 3in rips in the sole of the shoes. I had contacted the store and Steve Madden corporporate 8 times and never had received an answer about replacing the shoes or getting a refunded. The fact that after 48 days the shoes were now trash and I had kindly contacted both the store and Steve Madden corporate 8 times and they did nothing is awful customer service. I will never be purchasing another pair of low quality Steve Madden shoes.
