  Roxana P or whatever (she/they) is, is super unprofessional and incompetent. I felt like I was in a commission-based environment the entire time. Extremely fake attitude and received completely useless answers to the questions I kept asking. I kept having to rephrase what I was trying to communicate because they were incapable of understanding (I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier issue or if they were trolling me). They showed fake kindness all while holding back eye rolling, which they performed as soon as I turned around to walk away. I don’t normally post reviews but this interaction had me dumbfounded and had me questioning my faith in humanity. Someone like this should not be working in customer service, I don’t care how much you have to fake pleasantries… your only job is to be helpful to customers not make them feel like it’s a nuisance to answer their questions.

  Today I was in with my partner who was looking for linen trousers and a linen button up. Joseph in the men’s department was truly a gem and restored my faith in retail experience. He was warm, friendly, helpful, personable, and professional. He is going places, and Nordstrom is lucky to have him for now!

  The door that faces the handicapped parking open air lot is NOT handicap accessible, which is mind boggling. No button to open the doors. There’s a sign telling you that you have to go to a different outside door. Accessibility is not an extra step, it’s a step that is often missed or skipped along the way. This isn’t acceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

  good god leave me alone when im shopping for fragrances. it comes off pushy, and the people who work over there spout about things i could not care less about. has the greatest selection at the mall, but im always discouraged to shop here because of pushy sales associates. let me sniff my fragrances in peace.

  Nordstrom has a decent collection of dresses for weddings and special occasions. While I struggled with the fit of online stores, i found one at Nordstrom. The staff was helpful in navigating the selection. She said they receive new dresses daily, especially on Tuesdays.
