  Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the Nordstrom alterations department. My husband had to size up in his tuxedo shirt because of the neck size, so the shirt was understandably too big and baggy through the body. The alterations department supposedly took it in, but we could barely tell any difference. When we mentioned that we wanted it taken in more because it was still very baggy, we were told, “No, you won’t want that.” We ended up taking the shirt to another tailor, who took it in significantly and made it look amazing. It was exactly what we had originally asked Nordstrom to do. We also reached out to customer service and the store manager about our experience and the possibility of a refund for the alterations, but unfortunately never received a response. Overall, we were very disappointed, especially given our expectations of Nordstrom and how important the tuxedo was for our wedding.

  Stopped at the women’s shoes section as I was looking for a Salomon shoes. The gentle man named Joseph was the first one I encountered and he was not at all happy to help me. He got the size I asked for and he said there is no other color he could order online beside the ones already in the store which later another employee showed me other colors online. He just gave me the shoes and walked away. I was eager to try a different size but I didn’t get the courage to ask him as he looks so not interested helping me. I saw him helping two other mainstream girl literally sitting with them and helping them put the shoes on. I instantly felt how he treated me so differently. But thankfully another non biased employee helped me and I got the shoes from the store.

  Was here multiple times to shop for Westman Atelier makeups. Vikki at beauty department helped me to find the perfect shade!! Also Brandon from designer bags section and Taylor from designer shoes section are both wonderful. If u go in, ask them. They have extensive knowledge about the products they are selling and are stylish. You won’t be disappointed💖
