  It is Saturday afternoon and the line at Ebar is ridiculous. There are three people working and literally standing and looking at each other and there’s 10 people in line. It took me 10 minutes to stand behind two people and purchase a bottle of water.

  I had the opportunity to be invited to Nordstrom at the Mall of America for a one-on-one shopping experience, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. Rachael greeted me as soon as I arrived and immediately made me feel comfortable. She really took the time to get to know my style and helped me find pieces I absolutely loved. Shopping with her felt easy, fun, and completely personalized. Joe, the store manager, stopped by to introduce himself and personally welcome me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It made the experience feel even more special. A big thank you to Catherine for putting everything together and making the entire experience run so smoothly. Everyone I met was kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience. I left feeling confident, appreciated, and excited about my purchases. This is customer service at its best, and it’s exactly why Nordstrom continues to stand out. Thank you, Rachael, Joe, and Catherine, for such a memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

  I was looking to add a new suit and a different style to my dress wardrobe, and sales person James was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. He not only helped me find the perfect suit, but also matched it with the right belt to complete the look. I already have a good collection of dress shoes, so I decided on a black pinstripe suit that has a more refined, modern feel than anything else I own. The suit was around $2,300, and the Italian fabric is absolutely outstanding. You can immediately tell it’s a premium quality piece. My alterations will be finished in a few days, and I can’t wait to wear it to future business meetings. Great service.

  Attempted to do an exchange in store for some shoes I purchased in the fall that were too small. The sales associate assured me it would be fine although I mentioned they were uncomfortable she said they would stretch over time. I wore them (in my house) for max 15 minutes and I was told I cannot exchange the shoes. I understand the business and being strict on designer policy but I did ask if I wore them in my house if I could exchange them and was told yes. I also called before going and was told it would be fine. In person they said the shoes were worn and there was no manager available to approve the transaction for me so I needed to come back another time. I don’t really want to come back to the store. If the answer is no that’s fine, but I don’t feel the customer service answer is to tell me I have to come back a different day is there only one manager in the whole store that can improve anything for anyone?
