- CWCarter WendlandtJun 11, 20261.0I had purchased a nice button up shirt for my wedding (along with many other items from this store as always ) I ended up not using this specific shirt and was looking forward to returning as it was not needed anymore, new as could be and tags still on it never worn or even taken out of the purchase bag. I was told ( by manager ) since I’ve had the shirt for just over 30 days ( believe it was day 50 or so) that their return policy would not allow it nor would any exceptions be made . I get policies but was hoping in this case an exception could be made as my request for return seemed reasonable . I will not spend a single dollar at this chain again because of their unwillingness to compromise or work with me on such a small issue that wouldn’t have effected them in the slightest but would have kept a loyal customer happy .
