Soft spoken, helpful, knowledgeable and with a big smile. So bummed we didn't catch his name but it's the happy slighlty muscular Mexican employee. Best employee we seen at the mall today. 5 stars to Him.

- RJRandle JohnsonMar 4, 20265.0Stopped in recently and had one of those “no way” moments when we realized we were standing next to the Play It Again Sports TikTok guy. My kid freaked out a little and was so excited to see him in person. At the same time, it honestly made us sad knowing he doesn’t do the TikTok anymore — those videos were such a big part of why we loved coming in and checking out what was new. The store just hasn’t felt quite the same without that content. Still, super cool experience, and we genuinely hope he’s doing well at carhartt. We will definitely stop on in and see him again soon. Ps Those videos definitely left an impression.
