  We had such a wonderful experience at the new Ariat store at the Mall of America! My husband and I came in with our kids and ended up spending nearly three hours in the store and honestly, the time flew by. I’ve shopped Ariat online for years for both equine friendly gear and work wear. This was my first time in one of the brand stores. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and Taylor was absolutely fantastic. Taylor custom-shaped our new hats for us, which made the experience feel so much more personal and special. It was such a fun experience getting to choose our hats and then have them shaped specifically for us. I think she may have been training one of the new staff members who was fun to have around as well. I really appreciate the respect they had for each other as coworkers. Taylor had traveled for the brand in the past but was super humble and approachable. The selection in the store is impressive! They have a great variety of hats, clothing, boots, and accessories, with options across a wide range of price points. I really appreciated that you don’t have to spend a fortune to find something great. Of course, they have beautiful higher-end pieces, but there are plenty of options in between, making it much more accessible if you’re working within a budget. One thing that really stood out to me was the dedicated section for work boots and workwear. They carry options designed specifically for tradesmen, including electrical-hazard-rated footwear and other PPE-appropriate work gear. It’s nice to see a store that caters not only to the lifestyle side of Ariat but also to people who genuinely depend on their boots and clothing for work every day. We had our kids with us, and everyone made us feel comfortable taking our time and enjoying the experience. Between the selection, quality, customer service, and the personalized hat shaping, this was so much more than just a shopping trip. We’re so excited to have an Ariat store at the Mall of America and will absolutely be back. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping in. Whether you’re looking for a new hat, boots, everyday clothes, or serious workwear, there really is something for everyone!
