  Sadie here is amazing!! Helped us even when she had to leave she stayed few minutes later to help us out. Amazing person and customer service. Actually cares about her job!! Alexis here is also amazing!! Both of these girls took time and helped us out and truly told us their opinions without saying to buy it. Thank you!!

  I went into the store looking to try on a sweatshirt. I asked the cashier if I could place my bags behind the counter before I went into the fitting room and she said she would keep an eye over them. When I got my bags back, I was missing my wallet I had just bought from coach and a long sleeve top from H&M. Crazy!

  Terrible I wanted a different size of the same pants and because after 30 days they would not honor!! So ridiculous not sure why I bought more they have a lot to learn in customer care!

  I was visiting from out of town and I was shopping for a trip. I am a bigger girl so I picked out large for my items. I spent a lot of time looking at sizes to make sure I was getting the right size. I have never picked out the wrong size for myself. I was also looking for a large in a skirt and they called to the back to check and they didn’t have it. I attempted to cash out and my phone died and my payment was flagged for fraud. I asked on a whim if they had a charger that I could use really quickly. A sweet girl helped me. I verified it wasn’t fraud and I checked out. During my check out they attempted to check if my email address was correct. It wasn’t. The gmail portion was misspelled. I told them that it was incorrect and they looked like they were correcting it. Fast forward to today 08/13/26, I was at home unpacking my things for my trip and I noticed they looked small. I looked online to see if the receipt was emailed to me and it wasn’t. I had to call customer service to get my order number and the receipt sent to me. One item said large, xxs, and small. I’m not completely delusional. I’m also a registered nurse, I triple and quadruple check everything. So they switched out my items from the large to smalls. I’m glad I have the time stamps paid with my debit card. I think it’s worth it to look into it with further detail and cameras. I was going to exchange the items, but now I’m returning the $700 purchases I made.

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this Alo location. I purchased a hair tie online, and it was still brand new in the original unopened packaging. I simply wanted to exchange it for a different color, but the cashier coldly told me they don’t allow exchanges. There was no smile, no empathy, and no effort to help or explain the policy politely. I understand that stores have return and exchange policies, but customer service is about how you treat people. A little kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unwelcome, and I won’t be shopping at this location again！！！
