We had a coupon when purchased and they would not exchange and honor the purchase price. They said I would need to return online. This makes no sense and the cashier was extremely rude. Her name was Lucy. For the price I expect better customer service. At least friendly and not rude. I will not be back. Lululemon has WAY better customer service!!
