  Juss was an absolute life saver. I had bought a crew neck sweater & not even 10 minutes later someone spilled their soda next to me, which of course went all over me but more importantly…the sweater I just bought. Normally they’d never exchange a product that was “damaged/stained” but he did & he deserves more than just these 5 stars for his customer service!! Thank you again!!

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this Alo location. I purchased a hair tie online, and it was still brand new in the original unopened packaging. I simply wanted to exchange it for a different color, but the cashier coldly told me they don’t allow exchanges. There was no smile, no empathy, and no effort to help or explain the policy politely. I understand that stores have return and exchange policies, but customer service is about how you treat people. A little kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unwelcome, and I won’t be shopping at this location again！！！

  I had such a great experience thanks to Iliana and Robin. They helped me put together a few outfits, gave me honest opinions, and made the whole experience really easy and fun. They were both super genuine, patient, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. It felt like shopping with friends who actually cared about helping me find something that looked good.

  Cuándo entras no se siente una vibra que te ayude a seguir recorriendo la tienda. Aparte tiene cosas muy caras para los modelos que no están bonitos. Solamente sientes la mirada de todos los trabajadores cuando entras
