  Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I was looking for something they had a few days prior and one of the employees told me they would check in the back. They then proceeded to continue folding clothes infront of me. After about 5 minutes I asked if they were going to check like she said. She went and asked a different employee and then came back and said they was busy at the moment. My friends and I were the only people in the store and they both continued to re-fold the clothes on display.

  Most comfortable bras I’ve ever worn, and I’ve had far too many. Super helpful and happy service, you could definitely meet your new best friend here.

  I placed an online order for pickup because I was only available briefly over my lunch break. The website said it would be ready in two hours, but I went to the store almost 3 hours after ordering and it wasn't ready. The ladies working there were helpful enough once I arrived, but it still took half an hour for pickup when it would have been much faster for me to just grab it off the rack myself. They said I should have waited for a confirmation email that it was ready.... please don't advertise that orders will be ready in two hours if they can't actually be ready in two hours. The store seemed nice other than that.

  I absolutely loved my experience at thee offline/aerie store. There was one c u next Tuesday employee that was absolutely disrespectful and not helpful at all. Besides her, the whole rest of the was absolutely amazing! What an amazing store with amazing gals. 10/10 recommend!
