The website said it would be ready in two hours, but I went to the store almost 3 hours after ordering and it wasn't ready. The ladies working there were helpful enough once I arrived, but it still took half an hour for pickup when it would have been much faster for me to just grab it off the rack myself. They said I should have waited for a confirmation email that it was ready.... please don't advertise that orders will be ready in two hours if they can't actually be ready in two hours. The store seemed nice other than that.

Besides her, the whole rest of the was absolutely amazing! What an amazing store with amazing gals. 10/10 recommend!
