If zero stars were an option…I walked into this place for the first time ever today. I brought my vehicle in, got out and was told I could leave and it would be ready in an hour and a half. I went to walk out but the “owners” so called service dog was blocking the only exit door. As I tried to walk by and got close to the door; the dog decided to up and bite me. It bit me on the hand and drew blood. I immediately demanded my vehicle back and left. The owner of the dog, didn’t catch his name, was a man with grayish/white hair and both of his arms had sleeves of tattoos. This man followed me out of the shop and tried to explain himself but ended up telling us lies, including lies about how his dog isn’t really a service dog but that he does have service dogs who are nice, implying that the dog that bit me in the shop was not a nice dog and not a service dog. I will not ever be going back there and recommend anybody who does takes precaution. This incident was absolutely ridiculous and absolutely preventable.

Horrible customer service, be prepared to wait for hours after they tell you (call you) your vehicle is ready for pickup after it has been ready for 2 hours by the time you get there. Perhaps you (Erica) (tech) need to double and triple check your work so your PAYING customers don't have to wait in your lobby for 3 HOURS after the car is supposedly ready 2 hours before they (me) arrive.......
