  Over the past many years, we have visited the Lululemon Outlet in Albertville hundreds of times on our trips Up North. We typically find at least a couple of items that we probably don't need, and have spent thousands of dollars in the store. I'm sad to say that today's visit will be our last. A few months back, my wife purchased a very nice sweater at the outlet. Once she got it home, she tried it on again and didn't quite like the way it fit. We knew we would be driving past the outlet in a couple of weeks, so she put the unworn sweater back in the car to exchange on our next trip. We have made exchanges a few times in the past with no issues. On our next trip to the outlet, there really wasn't anything in her size and style. While they couldn't issue a refund, the cashier and the manager both said she should keep the item and exchange it later when she found something that she did like. Essentially, they advised her to treat the sweater like a store credit. Today when we stopped in, my wife found a jacket and I found a shirt and pants. The total of our intended purchases was at least twice the value of the sweater. When we got to the checkout, the cashier informed us that they had just changed their policy and that they could no longer accept the sweater as an exchange. The policy changed at the end of March (18 days prior) and they could not make an exception. We're not upset about the money and we'll likely just donate the sweater to Goodwill. What we find upsetting is the incredibly poor customer service and the total lack of judgement on the part of the manager and staff. They could have easily accepted the exchange, sold additional product, and kept a loyal customer. The sweater would have probably sold within hours. Instead, they decided to strictly enforce the brand new policy and drive away a loyal customer.

  The staff here was so kind to my rambunctious 4 year old daughter this last Thursday! One of the girls name was Elsa and she was so nice she chatted with my daughter the whole time I shopped! Instead of being annoyed with her the whole staff embraced her- giving her stickers and letting her talk to them about dinosaurs! What a great experience that could have been stressful! I will definitely be going back!

  Am I the only idiot who knew you couldn't get your money back? I explained when I was in there I was a "dad" looking and shopping for my girls. They helped me and gave me gift receipts too. I thought I was all set. Girls didn't care for my selection(s) and was told I couldn't get my $ back!! I had the receipt and the 4 gift receipts too! Only at that time did I look on the receipts saying "all sales final". What a load of BS!

  Was my first time at LULU and was totally confused about the products and what was what but there was this amazing worker there names Jessica to show me around. She was amazing!! Totally made my night!!!!!
