- BLBrittney LangerSep 26, 20261.0I wish I could give a zero star because I am so disappointed in this locations customer service and policy. Some people don’t shop at this store every day you’re not aware of changes as much. In the past you could exchange and or receive store credit-great. Now it’s strictly just final sale. How is someone supposed to know that when they don’t shop there all the time. They should make an announcement before ringing you up saying you know it’s final sale. They have signs but what store doesn’t have signs everywhere especially there when certain racks are discounted certain prices. I went shopped sizes didn’t work because it wasn’t for me and I went back an hour later and I couldn’t even exchange price for price for the items. That’s a joke and poor customer service even when the girl was like-you’re back. No I’m not coming back now there because you can’t even do a simple exchange or return when I was literally just in the store. How are other customers not happy with this policy change?

- ABAutumn BarberAug 30, 20262.0Extremely busy ON TOP OF being overcrowded with disorganized racks. Also smells funky in there..
- CKCatherine KeyAug 2, 20265.0Went into shop and also have a sensor removed from item I ordered online. Was given an extra 15% to use in store.
- KKKevin KirkpatrickJul 27, 20261.0Picked up a tank top in a hurry for an event and figured I could return/exchange it if I found something better, which I did! No returns or exchanges period. I will no longer purchase any lulu garbage from now on. This is an offensive approach to doing business. Never again.
