The energy in this establishment was very passive-aggressive, which is odd considering how diverse the area is. I was looking to sell a Bose speaker and some AirPods Pro 2’s because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of selling online as a woman. Meet-ups can be unsafe, as I’ve done them in the past, and shipping is a pain. The man who inspected my AirPods Pro 2’s told me they were not genuine. He stated the serial number on each earbud had a different model than the serial number on the case, although the AirPods case serial number matched the serial number on the box. Being as I’ve worked for Apple for years and my partner, who purchased them for me, has worked there for over half a decade as well, I asked a simple “are you sure?” And he said he was sure. I accepted what the man told me because, as I stated at the beginning of this review, I was selling in person to avoid the hassle of selling online. However, a simple Google search would have provided them business today. AirPods Pro’s Gen 1 & 2 have different serial numbers on each earbud and model numbers compared to the charging case and box. I am giving the business 2 stars only because it was clean; other than that, I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you actually need the money. I will just recycle what I brought in instead.
