  I went in to purchase an iPad, compared prices which wasn’t too bad, about a $50 difference. The iPad that I was interested in was in the original box. Ready to make my purchase, I asked the sales associate could he plug it in so I could test it before making my purchase. As he was about to remove it from the box, he says “ I can’t open it because it’s a brand new box.” I said “ Well how did the shop know that it works?” “I could walk out and be purchasing anything and lose my money because most pawn shops are sold as is. After stating that I’m better off getting a brand new one that I know that works, he then said that “ how would I know if the one at the store works?” I said “you’re absolutely right but the difference is that I could always exchange or receive a refund at Best Buy.” I know people that have worked in the pawn industry and I have yet to see anyone walk in without the shop inspecting the product before paying for it. They could’ve easily replaced something with the similar weight into the box and carefully put the seal back. I also noticed that when he lifted the box up that the seal was disturbed. Lastly, in all honesty I was hesitant about making doing business with him because when I walked in his energy and attitude was very unwelcoming as well as the snarky remarks. Glad I went to Best Buy :)

  I’ve been to this pawn shop several times and have always had a great experience. The shop is clean, organized, and professional, with a really nice selection of items — especially jewelry, which is what I usually go there for. Sandy has always gone out of his way to make sure I’m happy and able to find exactly what I’m looking for. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Him and his team are thorough, helpful, and truly make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend!

  I have dealt with Dan twice and both times he has been great. He is honest and upfront about market pricing without being condescending. He also is willing to help and work with you. Will continue to bring my business to 4k gold and coin because of him.
