I walked the entire store browsing purposely walking by her twice. She never looked up from the paperwork she was viewing. I walked to the exit and turned around to ask her name which she replied.. "Sam". As I walked out another lady entered and I heard Sam greet her and informed her if she needed help to let her know. Wow...Sam you fumbled an approximately $250.00 sale. I came in knowing what I wanted)
