  Was visiting from out of state for a friends baby shower, and I needed to bring something that was pre-made, as I had no kitchen in my hotel. I didn't want to bring the typical fruit tray from the grocery store, so I popped in here hoping to find something. There was a dark haired employee by the name of Tricia working at the time and she was so incredibly helpful! I only remember her name because she went above and beyond helping me find the right size dessert board that would accommodate the number of guests. Having never purchased from Edible Arrangements before, I was kind of lost. She made great suggestions, and as a result, the dessert board was a huge hit at the baby shower!

  Went in this morning to order an arrangement and Tricia, the manager, took great care of me. She even customized the arrangement a bit for me. The arrangement was also delivered on time the same day.

  My Boyfriend ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries for me for our 4 year anniversary and he paid extra for fast delivery, got a message it was delivered and told me to go look on my porch and in fact was not there. He messaged them and called, hasn’t received anything back still and it’s been days. It did get delivered the next day but no one was home and it sat on the porch for a little. I got to it in time so they were good to eat still but it’s ridiculous how he paid extra for the quick delivery to be delivered on our anniversary and it was not. Would not recommend this place. The fruit tasted good but if you’re getting a delivery I would recommend not.

  Wish I could give them a zero. Ordered for delivery this past Friday. Said was delivered and NOT. Called and this place must be out of business because they don't answer the PHONE, EVER!!! Filed a claim with corporate office and NOTHING!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!

  Apparently I should have read into the negative reviews more before ordering from this place because it sounds like I have had the experience many others have had. I ordered an arrangement and a card for my wife to celebrate Mother’s Day last week and to say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. I typically do not leave negative reviews because I know things happen, but you can’t even get ahold of anyone at this place. When I ordered the arrangement the week before Mother’s Day delivery said it would be there by 5. Once it got close to 2:30/3pm I tried to call just to check on my order as the website said it received and they are making it, but was not out for delivery. I literally called 8 different times and there was no answer for any of them. I sent an email to let them know my difficulties trying to contact them and my frustrations with my order (it was past 5pm at this point) and a week later I still have not heard back. The driver apparently delivered the order around 7:30pm (Looked back at the doorbell camera to see the time), but did not knock or ring the doorbell or anything. Just sat the $100 worth of fruit on the porch in the sun. I then received an email 2 hours later saying my order was delivered, which obviously by the time we got to it was bad. I also ordered a personalized card which was literally a piece of paper printed and folded in half. If you thew money into a garbage disposal and watched it get flushed down the drain you would probably have a better experience than dealing with this horrible business.
