  Wish I could give them a zero. Ordered for delivery this past Friday. Said was delivered and NOT. Called and this place must be out of business because they don't answer the PHONE, EVER!!! Filed a claim with corporate office and NOTHING!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!

  Apparently I should have read into the negative reviews more before ordering from this place because it sounds like I have had the experience many others have had. I ordered an arrangement and a card for my wife to celebrate Mother’s Day last week and to say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. I typically do not leave negative reviews because I know things happen, but you can’t even get ahold of anyone at this place. When I ordered the arrangement the week before Mother’s Day delivery said it would be there by 5. Once it got close to 2:30/3pm I tried to call just to check on my order as the website said it received and they are making it, but was not out for delivery. I literally called 8 different times and there was no answer for any of them. I sent an email to let them know my difficulties trying to contact them and my frustrations with my order (it was past 5pm at this point) and a week later I still have not heard back. The driver apparently delivered the order around 7:30pm (Looked back at the doorbell camera to see the time), but did not knock or ring the doorbell or anything. Just sat the $100 worth of fruit on the porch in the sun. I then received an email 2 hours later saying my order was delivered, which obviously by the time we got to it was bad. I also ordered a personalized card which was literally a piece of paper printed and folded in half. If you thew money into a garbage disposal and watched it get flushed down the drain you would probably have a better experience than dealing with this horrible business.

  I placed an order for a bouquet that cost a moderate amount of money as a Mother's Day gift the Saturday before Mother's Day, and I received an order confirmation. Yet the next day when it was supposed to be delivered, I never received update's and it was never even prepared nor delivered. I called this location once, the day-of and no answer.. I then left a voicemail… No response. Followed up the next day and same thing… Left a voicemail with no follow up or response. Four days after my gift was supposed to be delivered my order tracker still says that it has yet to be made yet I received a survey to ask how my order was today. I order from edible arrangements quite often but this location has not been helpful… To not even answer their phones during active store hours multiple days in a row is disappointing.

  I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for Mother’s Day expecting it to be delivered on time and as ordered, but it was delivered today and not as expected. The flowers were replaced with a balloon, and I was still charged the full $115. I did not receive what I ordered or what I paid for. For such an important occasion, I expected much better service, communication, and professionalism. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  If negative stars could be left , i would do that. i’m highly disappointed to say that my sister and I placed an order worth $150 for flowers and a fruit arrangement to be delivered to my mom at work for mother’s day since she had to work. It is now 6 o’clock and there has been no delivery. between myself, my sister and my brother in law, we have called 30 times throughout the day and to no surprise , have not gotten one person to pick up. Do not waste your time or your money. the service is the worst i have ever dealt with. disgrace of a business .
