  I really enjoyed this place I have been going to go in it many times with my husband and end up just going past decided to go in there the one day looking for camping stuff and I was very impressed with everything I seen and how well the store was in the customer service was excellent

  Bought 2 pair of Puma shorts and 2 shirts came home cut the tags and threw away the receipt didn’t plan on returning them tried on one pair and they fit perfectly the second were to big and had a lite dirt stain on them ! Took back today the lady said do you have your receipt? I said no I just bought them two days ago ! She said no problem I’ll check your card and went on to open the bag and said no tags no refund and there is a spot on them and I said that was there when I bought them ! I can’t exchange them for you ! I said no problem I just bought the last item from your store!

  Salesperson John processes me after 1 hour of paperwork. I pay for my firearm I come back he's Dilly dealing with another customer sees me waiting makes me wait some more finally comes over then cancel my purchase but the firearms manager (didn't get his name) was very knowledgeable nice and attentive. at that point I say I want my money back I go to the checkout the very nice woman Julie checks me out and I leave the store I think employees need more computer training I won't be back -5 *stars WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! Don't waste yours

  My husband and I stopped in 30 minutes before closing time with the intention of just looking at kayaks. Associate Brendan was very helpful and showed us different features and specs of several kayaks. He remained pleasant and accommodating and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We decided to purchase our kayak because of Brendan’s great attitude when we were initially just looking. It ended up being a little after closing time when we left and still never felt like we were rushed out the door.
