Throughout the entire process, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to meeting my needs. When an unexpected complication arose, through no fault of hers or Tapper’s, she took full ownership, kept me informed, and remained engaged until everything was completely resolved, even following up on her own time.   Scott Gould is an absolute find. I needed three high-end watches/timepieces professionally appraised on a pretty tight timeline, and Scott immediately sprung into action. He was able to get me in the very next day, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes, with the completed appraisals coming later that same day. They have a Rolex certified watchmaker/repairer onsite!! Scott is a Certified Gemologist Appraiser, and his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are obvious from the moment you meet him. Just as impressive, though, is his customer service—friendly, accommodating, straightforward, and genuinely interested in taking care of his clients. If you need a professional appraisal for a high-end watch, fine jewelry, diamonds, or precious metals, Scott Gould is absolutely the guy to see. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust him with another timepiece, and I recommend him 100%. Scott, thanks again for jumping in and taking such great care of me. I truly appreciate it! And they have a cafe and bar! Exceptional job Tappers and Team!!

  A beautiful store and very genuine people! Met with Saif and had a great experience. Friendly and professional - he was able to answer any questions I had and helped find me the perfect Rolex. Came back a few weeks later to get some appraisals and Scott matched the energy. Offered me a seat with some complimentary snacks and coffee while I waited. Would highly recommend Tappers to anyone looking for jewelry and timepieces. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Wonderful experience all around.

  We purchased a pair of white gold, round diamond earrings from Tappers a few year ago. My wife recently lost one of the earrings, which upset her terribly since this was her favorite pair. We called the West Bloomfield store and spoke with Suzanne. She was able to find the original paperwork and helped us special order a single replacement earring. The entire experience was great, from the first phone call to receipt of the new earring. We really appreciated Suzanne’s assistance and highly recommend this store location.
