  I moved to California more than 30 years ago but I still shop at Tappers because I know I'll get great quality items and exceptional customer service. My recent experience was a perfect example. I purchased two bracelets online, one for myself and one as a gift for a friend. After sending my friend's gift-wrapped bracelet, eCommerce Manager Stephanie Stefanik beautifully gift-wrapped my bracelet and included a handwritten thank you note. We love our bracelets and appreciate the special treatment. Tappers always goes above and beyond.

  Another great experience at Tapper’s. Scott did a thorough appraisal of family jewelry. The staff did some maintenance on other pieces of fine jewelry and they look amazing.

  The the repair completed with Tappers West Bloomfield was a breeze with the assistance of Deanna. . Very professional on greeting explaining the process time of repair etc... Thier expectation on getting the repair completed was four weeks, it actually returned on two weeks looking fabulous.

  ⚠️ Predatory Estate Buying - Avoid Olivia! Do not bring your family jewelry or estate pieces to Olivia at the West Bloomfield Orchard Mall location unless you want to be completely swindled. I brought in a 14k white gold 4-carat ring by New York designer QCD. The ring holds natural mined diamonds with microscopic laser serial numbers engraved directly on the top star facets.Olivia looked right at it with her loupe, saw the serial numbers and the incredible clarity, and flat-out lied to my face. She tried to convince me they were 'just really good CZs' and offered me a pathetic $200 for a multi-thousand-dollar natural diamond ring. This wasn't an uneducated mistake—it was a deliberate, dishonest attempt to trick a customer into surrendering luxury assets for pocket change. Unbelievably predatory behavior for a high-end store. Protect your jewelry and go somewhere else. This type of deceptive, predatory buying practice ruins the reputation of your store.
