    i decided to make a 20 minute drive for a coupon i got for free chocolate dipped strawberries. i got to the store at 5:30 and asked if i could use the coupon. she said “no you need to call first thing in the morning to place an order” mind you this is for the smallest item they have which is a cup of maybe 5 strawberries. when i left the lady very rudely slammed the door shut behind me and completely closed the store??? i left the store within 2 minutes and they don’t close until 7. at this point i’ll just make the strawberries at home. will not be back.

    If I could give this business a negative score or a 0, I would. I would advise EVERYONE to use the other location. I have called about 10 times to either inquire about my order or inform them when they allegedly “delivered” it, it never was delivered. I sat at the given address since 2 pm until 8 pm. They said it was delivered at 7, and hand deliver it. Neither was done. So I’m out money and a gift for my mother, meanwhile this disgrace of a location lacked the professionalism to answer any of the calls or even deliver it to the right location.

    ⭐ 1 Star – Completely Missed the Mark On April 17, I spent $170.62 on a birthday delivery for my sister’s 45th. This wasn’t just an order, it was a meaningful experience I planned for her during a difficult time. The order included flowers in her favorite color (purple) with a vase, a cheesecake, a balloon, and an edible arrangement. The only thing I didn’t include was her office closing time. However, I called, left a voicemail, made multiple attempts the morning of delivery, and submitted notes clearly stating the delivery needed to arrive before 2 PM. Her office closes at 3 PM and is closed on Sundays. I didn’t reach anyone until around 2:20 PM. I was told delivery would take another 20 minutes. The order arrived around 2:45 PM. Not only was it late, it was incomplete. She received only an edible arrangement and balloons. The flowers, vase, and cheesecake were missing. Customer service initially acknowledged this and escalated for a full refund, recognizing the experience could not be recreated. When I followed up, the store manager denied anything was wrong and refused a full refund, offering only a partial credit for missing items. Let’s be clear. I did not pay $170 for partial products. I paid for a complete experience that was not delivered. I’ve now made multiple calls, repeated myself several times, and received conflicting responses. Being told to continue chasing a resolution for a mistake I didn’t make is unacceptable. The product was incomplete. The delivery was mishandled. The service was inconsistent. A partial refund does not fix a missed moment. I expect full accountability and a full refund.
