I was told when I booked the appointment it shouldn't take more than two hours, I drop my car off at 8:30 AM and I get told it could be upward to five hours. Still no car but yet somehow they manage to get my next appointment booked for two months out and I get a link for a Google review asking how they did. You tell me....

Lifesafer over the phone has been a horrible experience. I can't understand them and then they have poor attitudes because of it. Ive called several times with the SAME problem and they just tell me it's my vehicle, they finally disconnect it and seen it was there equipment now im stuck without my vehicle. They really suck and it's plenty more bad news to share..

Was told it would take 2 to 4 hours and my appointment was at 8:30.....the install was not completed until after 4pm.....I was expected to report to work on the basis of the 2 to 4 hours information ridiculous!!!.....that is my only complaint, I hope I do not get written up or loose my job....the gravity of my word is very important at my employer!
