  Wow, very clean store and clothing. Found some really nice dresses for $12. At that price, wear it once or twice and buy a new dress. 30% off clearance. Lots of mens clothing, too.

  Was in today to sell and Kaylee was sooo helpful. Been in a few times and I have never felt welcomed until today!! Will be back to sell again if she's there!

  literally don’t sell clothes here. i called and asked what styles they were looking for- specifically said they needed any jeans, any long sleeves, fall esque clothing but would also look into denim. when i actually go to drop clothes off, the girl at the counter didn’t greet me or explain the process (luckily i’ve done this) she just asked for an ID and my phone number and had the most annoyed look on her face. imagine my surprise after an hour i get a text and only 10 items of my 40+ got taken. you guys took like TWO pairs of jeans out of the 15 pairs i brought. you tried to say it was style specific denim you needed and when i looked in my bin, all the denim matched the descriptions of what you were looking for. an employee literally told me to come back on a different day to see if another employee would take my items. I should NOT have to go see a different person because someone didn't like my clothes or think it fit what someone literally told me you were accepting three hours ago. you guys need to figure out an actual standard of the clothing you take in, because telling a customer to come back another day to talk to different buyer is bullshit. would LOVE a chance to talk to someone about this :)

  I always have a great experience shopping here and I think it’s a really good option for teenage girls to find more affordable clothes in the summer. I also genuinely love how the employees make the customer experience comfortable and I definitely am gonna continue to shop here even when I’m back at school in east lansing
