Why don’t you let customers know about your point system? You don’t ask us to put number in ever. Also why make videos and post them saying this is what we have today in either a bunch of other stuff in the background knowing people will notice and you cannot provide why are all your 5below and dollar store squishes $10 and up. Gosh forbid you answer the phone nd the attitude of the owners are just nasty I witnessed a kid disconnect a 3d toy and Ron rudely visibly got upset, but it’s a kid toy store that kinda stuff happens but after that day I decided I’d rather shop other places funky monkey in Oxford has many options, cheaper with polite staff worth the drive

Tracy and Mr.Ron have by far made the toy box a great experience for me, my friends and family. They are very nice & helpful. The shop is very clean and well kept. They have all the popular, viral toys\brands! I would definitely recommend coming to this toy shop, even if you’re far it’s absolutely worth the trip!

This has to be my favorite gem of all toy stores. They have everything a kid could ask for plus more. While other stores might have a few squishies in stock, this store stays stocked up and has variety! You’ll find the dumplings here in jumbo, medium, and small. They often get orders of Needohs and several sugar swaps! It’s always fun to see what new squishies they have in stock, the kids absolutely go crazy for the variety! They even have the coconut oil squishies which have been a big hit with the little ones. The staff are absolutely amazing and have so much patience, they feel more like family than employees.

Went here with my kids a few times. We live a little ways away, but the kids love the variety of toys here. There seems to be a reoccurring trend of employees at the front desk being unwelcoming and unfriendly. Our most recent trip there was a few weeks ago… I waited in line to purchase a stuffed animal with my daughter, I watched as an older woman sits at the desk and has no personality to any of the customers. Finally, when it was our turn, she scanned our item and my daughter was wondering how much another toy was. After asking politely, the woman sighs as if asking a question inconveniences her. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years. Everyone has bad days. But I still am overly kind, and make sure the customers hang up the phone knowing they are taken care of. Maybe this business would benefit from a similar goal and customers would appreciate the better service. Hope some improvements are made. Many of the toys here are also over priced. I understand the small business has to make money as well but maybe do rewards or coupons that actually reward the customer.
