  This is a long one but I really suggest reading it through before going to this location. I went to Tiffany to buy my first bracelet. I was so incredibly excited and proud of myself that I was able to purchase something like this for myself. My mom came with me. We were helped by a woman named Blythe. My mom tried on a couple bracelets, in which one Blythe said was too “youthful” for my mom. Absolutely disrespectful to say to a customer that they are too old for a bracelet style. I’m so upset I gave this woman my commission on the bracelet I purchased. If I could go back I wouldn’t have bought the bracelet and would have driven very far to another Tiffany store. We don’t have another Tiffany store that’s remotely close to us. But I can tell you we will be driving far next time to avoid this store at all costs. Blythe ruined our experience. While we were buying my bracelet, my mom brought her Tiffany bracelet for Tiffany to send out to get cleaned. When we went to pick it up, the clasp was not working. 2 employees there (Craig and Anna) tried to get the bracelet on and couldn’t because of the clasp. The clasp wouldn’t open far enough to get the bracelet link in it. The manager, Daniel, tried to help and told us there was nothing wrong with the clasp, despite 2 other employees telling us the clasp was malfunctioning and could not get the bracelet on. I’m sure you can understand our confusion, with 2 employees unable to get the bracelet on and saying it’s malfunctioning, but the manager saying it’s fine? Daniel said, “in my opinion, this is how I’d want a clasp to work”. So when I asked him if my bracelet clasp was malfunctioning because my clasp wasn’t like my mom’s, he had no answer for me. I’m not sure why HIS opinion matters, when we asked how the bracelet SHOULD work, not his preference on bracelet clasps. Absolutely unprofessional. We asked how this bracelet clasp could possible be ideal when you could not get the bracelet on. Again, he had 0 explanation. Told us there was nothing wrong with it and we would have to pay for the cleaning that ruined the clasp. We went back and forth with him, he eventually agreed to send it back out for the clasp to be fixed but stated we would HAVE to pay. How does it make sense that we would have to pay for a bracelet cleaning that resulted in a broken clasp, when the clasp was fully functional prior to the cleaning? We waited a month for it to be cleaned and then had to wait an additional 2 weeks for it to be fixed. Daniel had no empathy or customer service skills in my opinion. He acted as if we were a bother and ignored the issue. The security officer, Craig, was so kind and very helpful. He was so validating and told us this bracelet was not right and he would relay this experience to his other manager. He stated he is always trying to improve the store and customer’s experiences. You can tell he’s very genuine. Corporate has been contacted. Corporate was appalled and very apologetic about the 2 experiences we had there. Go to any other location. A moment like buying your first Tiffany bracelet should be memorable and positive, but for me and my mom we will always remember the regret we feel going to this location with how Daniel and Blythe treated us.

  I was gifted a necklace from Tiffany and co. By my sister. She purchased the necklace on the 7/17 for my birthday 7/20. I had the opportunity to wear it on Sunday 7/26. After one wear it tarnished overnight. I was completely shocked by the condition of one wear. I am very responsible and careful while handling jewelry especially for delicate jewelry. Immediately, I contacted my sister regarding this matter in hopes to resolve this issue together. We went to Tiffany and co. Yesterday afternoon to discuss options, possibly refund or exchange. Of course, we were denied. Everyone was nice! But, I am dissatisfied with the outcome. The length of time wasn’t considered, nor the minimal use of it. We brought it back with original packaging, gift/original purchase receipts and photos with proof as listed in the guidelines for return/exchange policy. Again denied!! Tiffany and co. Is timeless but the quality has declined. It’s unfortunate! Just to include a young lady, same day, at Nordstrom compared her 16 years old necklace to my week old necklace and was in disbelief about it. Seriously, I’m very disappointed ☹️

  customer service has really gone down. they used to polish your jewelry for free, now they charge you. and if they send it out expect to wait 3 wks or more. * even if they tell you they will rush it (they wont) they dont seem to care how you feel AT ALL anymore since the link provided for feedback on their email receipts no longer works. I also submitted an online complaint which was never addressed. its a real shame when an institution like Tiffanys unravels. (they were bought out by Louis Vuitton)
