  I could not be happier with my experience at this location. I called around 1:30pm Monday June 8th and spoke to a gentleman named Javen. The difference in the experience I had with Javen than other places I called and the sincere pleasure Javen took in helping me find exactly what I was looking for was immediately apparent as soon as he answered the phone. He was extremely personable, helpful, and efficient. He quickly found the glasses I was calling around all day for and gave me his word they would be ready for pick up at their Troy location. I arrived around 3:30pm and had the pleasure of meeting another staff member working the desk (A'janae). When I walked in A'janae was assisting a customer on the phone (who had many many questions.) Same impression i had from Javen, A'janane was extremely polite and thoroughly answered the customer's questions with a genuine smile, the same smile she greeted me with upon ending the phone call. I told her who I was and she knew immediately (thanks to Javen for relaying my information and what i was there for.) While Javen was getting the specific glasses I needed I spoke with A'janae for about 10 minutes. That 10 minutes really felt like I was speaking to a friend I've known my whole life. She was so pleasant and gave me some very helpful information for potential future visits including setting me up with an account at their location and letting me know about promotions they were currently running. She helped me pick out another pair of glasses for a friend of mine (she loved them, thanks A'janae) and by that time I was able to meet Javen in person as he walked in with my glasses. Him and A'janae were so personable, so great to talk with, and could not have done their job any better. This was my first time really ever buying a few high ticket items, as a customer you want to feel important, you want to feel like your business matters and that when making a high end purchase you want to feel like you are making a good decision. All of those boxes were checked for me (and some) because I was lucky enough to deal with these two incredible people. They have extremely bright futures and i will not go anywhere else for sunglasses. I will make the trip from dearborn (1 hour 10 min round trip) everytime, that's how happy I am with my experience.   A’Janai was a dream to have assist me! She was honest, helpful and made the experience wonderful! She is an asset to sunglass hut and should be used as an example to how to sell in retail!

  Not sure how you’d be able to top the experience today. After my online experience I was less than excited to go in store for my return but the associate I worked with today restored my faith in sunglasses hut’s ability to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you
