- MQMaria QJul 3, 20262.0The store is always clean, and several employees are friendly and helpful. However, this location is consistently lacking in accessories, which is disappointing since the next closest Sportsman’s Warehouse is about 40 minutes away. The biggest issue, though, was my experience with an employee named LAR. Customer service goes a long way, especially in a department where people often have questions before making a purchase. He came across as cold, uninterested, and completely lacking any personality or willingness to engage. I left feeling like my business didn’t matter and decided not to buy what I came in for. Instead, I’ll make the 40-minute drive to another Sportsman’s Warehouse where I hope the customer service is better. A clean store is appreciated, but good customer service is what keeps customers coming back.

Skeptical at first cause I have always purchased in-store and had no idea how it would go. It went very quick and was a smooth transaction. I wasn't at the counter for more than 30 mins with the paperwork, and checking out the firearm. If you go at the right times during the week about 5 to 7 pm there is almost no one there, and have all your documents ready. You should be in and out with little to no wait and hassle. Overall experience awesome, staff was friendly, and as always firearm and gear selection was great. Highly recommend.
