    I came in today (8/9) to find a wedding band. The woman working told us to let her know if we needed help, which we did. We asked to look at wedding bands. She was quick to say no she could not help us find a wedding band because of how my engagement ring was and said I was not going to find one. I was pretty upset and discouraged. Thankfully I went downstairs to one of the MANY jewelry stores inside the mall. They gladly helped me not only find the perfect wedding band but I also left the store with it. I ended up spending lots of money at this jewelry store. Very sad that I was dismissed at JC penny by a rude associate but it worked out in my favor for sure! Definitely won’t waste my time coming here anymore.

    Almost every time I go to this location and need help finding something, I ask an employee named Haiam (or Hyam). She often tells me, in a rude way, that the item is not available. However, when I keep looking or ask another employee, they are able to help me find it. If she does not like helping customers, then she should not be working in customer service.
