I went there and got the wrong size accidentally (note to make sure to check the actual tag on the clothes since the hangers may sometimes be wrong), and went back to get it returned. Unfortunately for them, I was accompanied with my mom this time who is quite a handful at times. In spite of the accompaniment, Henry from the men's clothing department was able to help us pick the correct sized dress clothes, show us the differences between the sizes, and escorted us to process the exchange on the suits. He was a pleasure to speak with and had a polite and patient demeanor that elevated our shopping experience. In addition, Henry along with Srina at the return counter helped us save a ton by mentioning deals that we did not even realize were there. Overall, the shopping experience was made so much better by these associates, it really would not be the same without amazing individuals like them going above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
