I knew something was wrong with my order when she cashed me out and I said oh little little too much, The store associate responded. You did get a lot then 10 minutes later I look at my receipt in my email and she charged me twice for a dress. I go back in notify her about the overcharge. No apologies or anything very rude.

I wasn’t greeted, acknowledged, or offered l assistance at any point during my visit.What made the situation even more upsetting was that staff interacted normally with each other but made no effort to engage with me. I left the store feeling as though I was being overlooked because of my skin color, which is unacceptable in any environment—especially one that should value all customers. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure that every customer is treated with respect and fairness.
