- NRNancy RebukOct 3, 20265.0I always get the best customer service here. Everyone is so kind and attentive and helpful, one of the only stores here at Oakland mall that actually understands customer service. Go anywhere else you won’t even be greeted. The team at express is terrific. Promotions are great right now, I like the insider appreciation 15% off. Will be back!
- BLBrittany LewisSep 26, 20261.0I took my daughter here looking for outfits, we walked in not greeted at all. Once I got closer to the back of the store blonde lady and coworker continued to talk… again no acknowledgment. Blonde lady says something to me with no eye contact and I didn’t know if she was talking to me or not because she was shuffling through clothes and not looking at me. We looked around for a little more… No can I help you find anything? Poor hospitality we won’t be back.
- CBChelsea BagnellJul 4, 20262.0The worst customer service. 3 employees all talking at the cashier desk. It was very odd. I even asked a question and they seemed un interested.
- JFJim FinnJan 20, 20221.0No one greeted me and when i did see three associates they ignored me and chatted amongst each other. Express had fallen off big time. I won't go back as they seam too busy to answer my questions about the sweater I wanted.
