  Great variety of suits and some really good deals. I’m giving 3 stars because I was disappointed with the experience at checkout. I purchased a suit and was given a regular plastic bag instead of a proper garment bag. Unfortunately, the plastic bag ripped on my way home. What was more disappointing was seeing the customer in front of me receive a garment bag for his suit, only to be told that he had taken the last one when it was my turn. If you have such a large suit selection, I think providing proper garment bags should be a basic part of the experience so every customer receives the same level of service.

  I went to the store yesterday to return an item that had never been opened or used. The purchase date was 8/2/2026, and the customer service representative told me that the return period had passed by 30 days. I explained that I understood the policy and that the item was only three days past the return period. I asked if I could speak with the store manager. When the manager came in, she simply said, “I have to follow the policy, and there’s nothing I can do.” I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but I also work in retail, and I know that there are sometimes ways to make an exception or override a policy when it makes sense to help satisfy a customer and earn their continued business. In my case, the item was never opened or used. I also explained that I had been out of town, which was the reason I was unable to return it within the 30-day period. I was only returning one item and kept the other item. Unfortunately, the manager did not seem interested in taking an extra step to help. As a result, you have lost me as a customer. Great job to the store manager for not making even a small effort to satisfy a customer and earn their business.

  I was there today and had the best service from the manager , Armando. He was warm , helpful and very knowledgeable about the product line. Help me out in a purchase and ordering online because they don’t have the size I was looking for. Customer service was superb. Everyone should treat their customers Customers this way. I will surely be back because of the service he and his staff showed me. A+++

  Friendly staff. Great prices and good quality clothes. Checkout line is always very slow and gets backed up quickly with customers
