  I visited the store a couple of weeks ago with my fiancé. We were greeted by Dominique and she helped with a shirt my fiancé was looking for. Unfortunately the store didn’t have his size but Dominique happily offered to have it ordered and shipped to the store. I picked up the item a couple of days later. My fiancé is going to enjoy his new gift! I thank Dominique for her help!

  I had a wonderful experience at Dior thanks to Dominique! She was so incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire visit. She made us feel incredibly special and never rushed us as I chose my new Dior bracelet and necklace. Thank you Dominique for the memorable and exceptional service!

  I was traveling and stopped by Dior on a whim. I really loved the Medallion wallet, so I decided to buy it. Zina was my sales associate, and she was absolutely on top of her game! After I got home, I realized the wallet just wasn't my style. Since I had already left town, I wasn't sure how to handle a return or exchange, so I reached out to Zina. She made the entire process incredibly easy. She helped me arrange to ship the wallet back and assisted me with exchanging it for a different one. I received the Dahlia wallet today, and it's absolutely perfect for me! The entire experience was smooth, seamless, and stress-free, all thanks to Zina's exceptional customer service. Whenever I'm back in town, I'll definitely be stopping by again. Thank you, Zina, for going above and beyond!

  Came in with my boyfriend looking for a bag because I wanted to see the design in person before purchasing. No one greeted us (3-4 people were just standing around, we made eye contact and that was it).

  I had good experience here. I was greeted by a gentleman soon as I walked in. Got a pair of earrings as a birthday gift for my sister!
