When I finally asked if he had a new, packaged one—since I didn't want the display model—he claimed it was new, even though three people before me had already tried it on. In the end, I left and ordered it online; I do not recommend this kind of service.

A few weeks after getting great service from him, my friend decided to look for heels too for her birthday. I brought her back to Julian, who was such a delight to work with again. My friend left confident knowing what she likes. We also had so much fun! Thank you Julian for the awesome service and for your knowledge. I'm sure we will visit again soon.
