She took excellent care of me and followed up with my purchases. When I am not able to personally get into the store, Jennifer will complete my order, add some extras, gift wrap it and send it out to me overnight. She is a wonderful asset to both Chanel and Saks, since she goes out of her way to take care of all of her customers. I highly recommend her if you are in need of products or a personal shopper.
