  I recently walked into Chanel Hamptons, where a lovely young man opened the door for me and greeted me kindly. I immediately came upon a young lady named Ashley. She introduced herself, asked my name and what type of products I was interested in. She inputted this information into an ipad and instantly introduced me to an associate. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more professional. In mere seconds I was sipping champagne and exchanging pleasantries with multiple staff members. I was able to procure a wonderful gift for my wife (Joanie). On the way out, Ashley thanked me and wished me a wonderful evening. A young man named Gregory then opened the door for me and could not have been kinder. I thank the whole staff for making me feel special. I post this here because Chanel Hamptons does not have a review page. I know the wonderful people who helped me today were from all over our country. Appreciate you all!

  Outstanding customer service from Travis Very sweet and professional took the time to help me find the perfect bag for me made me feel like I wasn’t just a customer but a friend I truly appreciate your time and effort thank you The bag is absolutely gorgeous!

  Saks Chanel Beauty Counter. Excellent personalized service from Jennifer S. She won me over the first time I met her while visiting the Somerset store. She took excellent care of me and followed up with my purchases. When I am not able to personally get into the store, Jennifer will complete my order, add some extras, gift wrap it and send it out to me overnight. She is a wonderful asset to both Chanel and Saks, since she goes out of her way to take care of all of her customers. I highly recommend her if you are in need of products or a personal shopper. So happy to have met her.

  They only talk to you if you look rich and keep you waiting if you’re not. I did an experiment, I went dressing casual with a tee and pants. They don’t even bother to help you. It’s the opposite, if you look nice and presentable. Sometimes, I have days where I don’t want to dress up and be fancy. Look at Jeffery bezos, mark zuckerberg and other known famous people. They wear casual things because they don’t need to prove their success by buying materialistic things. I love chanel but not this store at somerset. They need reevaluate their attitude towards people and treat them equally.
