- LALove All5 days ago5.0Saks Chanel Beauty Counter. Excellent personalized service from Jennifer S. She won me over the first time I met her while visiting the Somerset store. She took excellent care of me and followed up with my purchases. When I am not able to personally get into the store, Jennifer will complete my order, add some extras, gift wrap it and send it out to me overnight. She is a wonderful asset to both Chanel and Saks, since she goes out of her way to take care of all of her customers. I highly recommend her if you are in need of products or a personal shopper. So happy to have met her.
