  I took my 13-year-old daughter shopping at alo, Somerset. The customer service we received was absolutely outstanding! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped us, but he was Middle Eastern and truly deserves two thumbs up for his kindness and professionalism. My daughter chose the Accolade hoodie in navy blue, and we both loved how cute it looked on her. What made it even more special is that my daughter’s middle name is Alo! You definitely gained a customer for life. Keep up the outstanding customer service!

  30 minutes to pickup an online order is insane. The whole fact of online order is to make the process quicker, at this point I rather have shopped in the store. I had to restate my name 5 times for the order. Wasted 30 minutes and made me late to an important meeting. I don’t know if I’ll shop here again.

  Shop at lulu!!!!! The ONE star is for the young black girl that helped me. The white girls were rude and never greet nor even say thank you when you spend YOUR hard earned money in this establishment. I will not be back🙌🏽😎 shop at lulu the clothes are much more nicer and the ladies there actually care and interact with you!!!!! Shop at lulu!!!!!!

  Horrible customer service I will never shop at the Troy location ever again. I will only shop at the Detroit location because they know how to have good customer service. Maybe the Troy location should take some pointers from the Detroit location on how to have good customer service. The brand Alo Itself very nice, good quality. They could just do better with the people that they have running their Troy location could definitely be better.
