  Absolute garbage customer service. If there was a 0-star option, I would give it.I am beyond disgusted with my experience at the Alo Yoga location in Somerset. I ordered an item online, and it arrived in the mail completely dirty. How is it my fault that your warehouse ships out stained, damaged items?I took the item into the store to do a simple exchange. It was still completely in the original bag with all the tags attached. A worker named Diane was incredibly rude and flat-out refused to help me, claiming the item wasn't "resellable." Their return and exchange policy makes zero sense, and the staff lacks basic common sense and customer service skills. They treat paying customers like criminals for trying to fix the store's own mistakes. Save your money and go somewhere else where the staff actually knows how to treat people.

  Beautiful store with a great selection and very nice quality clothing. The store itself is clean and well organized, and the overall shopping experience was good. My only reason for giving four stars instead of five is the pricing. The prices are extremely high for what you’re getting, even compared with other premium clothing brands. Otherwise, a very nice store and experience.

  The environment and customer service at this store is AWFUL!!!!!!!! I came into the store with the intent to try on two sizes of the same style legging, which both appeared to be available in store when I looked online. I showed the employee the style with my two sizes and the pages that explicitly said they were available at this location -ON MY OWN PHONE first of all- she said she’d “check” and let me know and so I told her I’d be waiting for her while I browsed around. 20 minutes went by and she was walking around the store, looking at me without saying anything regarding the leggings I had asked for. Finally I politely asked her if she had found the sizes I needed and said “I don’t think we have them” saying that nobody answered her when she paged for a size check. So, instead of taking further initiative after she saw I had been waiting, she decided to ignore me and not have the decency to let me know she was having trouble finding the sizes. After all that, someone finally checked and they didn’t even have my size!!! So, that was overall a huge waste of my time. Not to mention, while I was waiting, many associates walked by and looked at me while I was clearly waiting for assistance or follow up. NOT A SINGLE OTHER PERSON asked me if I needed any help, or even cracked a smile at me. The entire staff came off as arrogant, entitled, and DEMEANING!!!! The employees that work for this brand do not bring the value on the price tags!!!!!!!!!
