  I went to the Alo store twice within a few days of each other. The customer service was horrible. I picked up an item off a rack, multiple people walked past me and no one asked could they help me. I finally approached someone coming from the back and asked if she could get someone to help me. When I went back a few days later, same thing. I went to the front to pay for an item, there were three people behind the counter. They continued talking until finally someone said, we'll be with you in a minute. They need to walk down to Lululemon and take notes!! The customer service at Lulu is far superior and if you walk in their store, someone is going to ask how they can help you.

  Terrible customer service. I’ve had to call twice on a return because I returned three items and they only gave me credit for two. Each time they had me on hold for 30 minutes. And still nothing. Cheap quality clothes that are extremely overpriced. They will go out of business soon
