  Terrible customer service. Horribly rude sales associates. Sales posted incorrectly in order to get people to purchase full price items. Manager extremely unhelpful. If I could give this negative stars, I would. Everybody hates their job, don't go into customer service if you can't be nice.

  The customer service is terrible. I went in with my friends and one of them got told off for asking for a fitting room. I picked a dress from under the area labeled ‘dress $35’ and it was rung up for $79. When I said ‘I thought the sign said $35.’ the sales associate ignored me and said ‘cash or card’. Terrible terrible customer service.

  Never had a bad experience until today. The ladies on the AERIE side are so sweet and kind, and i’ve been there multiple times. Today the aerie registers were closed so people had to go to the offline side. The offline workers are so extremely rude, and wouldn’t let me exchange or return an item when I literally called them earlier that month. They didn’t “accept” items without the tag on it, but when I called she said it would have to be up to the person at the register. They told me even if they took my word for it, i could have “just worn it once and now want to return”. took 4 employees to embarrass me in front of everyone in the store over this. If you go, stick to the green aerie side. this is exactly why I don’t shop on the offline side.
