- RLRodney LoveMay 11, 20263.0Normally I love this store. And I do like the incentive rebate system. But the last two times I have visited, I have been very disappointed. The one thing I do understand is that finding good employees is quite difficult to find these days. I could not find anyone who could help me find what I was looking for, so I had to leave the store to go somewhere else. I saw two other customers do the exact same thing for the same reason. In this economy, no business can afford this kind of experience.

Not going to waste anymore time calling your store for help. The staff was friendly. Purchased a gun from them at the time I wasn't sure if I wanted the protection plan and they said it was okay and you could go online and pay for it up to 30 days after your purchase. That's a lie. I tried to do it and they told me you have to do it in store. They give you a number to call support and they're just useless.
