- LNLiliia NarolskaSep 24, 20265.0I had such a great experience at lululemon! The customer service was amazing, and the cashiers were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Everyone was so welcoming and made the whole experience enjoyable. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful the staff was. Definitely a great experience and I’ll be happy to come back!
- MBMacy BeckerSep 13, 20265.0I have been coming to this shop once a year for my annual visit with my aunt. It is always a treat and this time I brought one of my girlfriends. We came in about 20 minutes before closing, without even realizing. We were going to checkout and realized that there was no one but us in there, which seemed odd. My friend had asked if they were closed, and they stated they did at 5. We were completely sorry and felt so bad, but the girls never said a thing to us, even letting us into the fitting rooms and giving us advice. They were such sweethearts! We appreciate them so much for giving us a good experience, and not complaining or being rude once. They made our little vacation even better, thank you!!! I should have asked for their names, but we visited on 9/13/26.
- HWHannah WalkerMay 12, 20265.0Really great experience every time I go into this lululemon location. The customer service stands out the most—everyone working there is super friendly, approachable, and actually takes the time to help instead of just rushing you through. They’re really good about making suggestions without being pushy and helping you find the right fit or style. You can tell they know the products well and care about making sure you leave happy. Overall, the service alone makes it a place I keep coming back to.
