The customer service stands out the most—everyone working there is super friendly, approachable, and actually takes the time to help instead of just rushing you through. They’re really good about making suggestions without being pushy and helping you find the right fit or style. You can tell they know the products well and care about making sure you leave happy. Overall, the service alone makes it a place I keep coming back to.
- OGOlivya GrahamMay 5, 20261.0Came in around 3:30 5/5/26. The employees were not very attentive, and act disgusted/bothered by guests that come in. I just had a coworker who went there yesterday for a skirt and was treated super well. Despite feeling uncomfortable in the store the entirety of being there because of looks and giggles from the employees, it was nice running into an employee(Jaden) who previously worked for my family’s business and actually approached me to say hello before clocking out. I love lulu’s cute products and have shopped there many times, but don’t appreciate the disregardful and unsettling service. I have never felt more awkward and uncomfortable on a shopping trip and will absolutely not be going there again.
