I left Dunham's extremely disappointed. In my experience, the employee in the gun department was unprofessional, and the manager's handling of the situation only made things worse. Their attitudes and lack of professionalism were very concerning, especially in a department that sells firearms. The employee seemed visibly annoyed when I asked to see a different firearm, as if it was an inconvenience to take another one out for me to look at. Instead of helping me make an informed purchase, I felt like I was being treated as a burden. The overall interaction came across as rude and unnecessarily authoritative, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. The background check process was a nightmare. It involved multiple attempts and lengthy delays, making the entire experience frustrating and time-consuming. I won't be returning and would recommend shopping elsewhere. Go to Shooters Outfitters and Indoor Range!

I tried to purchase a handgun here from a young mixed gentleman that from the start of the process acted like he hated his job. He was very disrespectful and arrogant and obviously hates his job. I highly suggest purchasing fire arms from other businesses in the Traverse City area.

Definitely don’t go to this location, go to the other one. The staff is a joke. Unpersonable, unprofessional, and uneducated.
